Thank you for taking the time to consider being a regatta sponsor!  Hobie Fleet 85 will be hosting 2 major regattas in Mexico, each hosting 20-30 boats including skippers, crew and support with typically over 100 people attending each event.  In addition to this we will be hosting 1 event a month at various lakes in Arizona.

The regattas officially start on Friday, but many of the participants take the opportunity to come to Mexico earlier in the week and enjoy sailing in the beautiful Gulf of California.  Friday starts with a number of fun sails around the bay, often with a stop at one of the restaurant beaches for lunch!  Registration begins Friday night with competitors checking in and getting their T-Shirts and goodie bags.

Saturday is packed full of racing events ending with around 30 boats, 60 sailors on the beach as the sun sets across the ocean.  Saturday night brings in our Regatta Dinner where we provide food, drinks. At the dinner we have our fund-raising event which includes both a silent auction and a raffle.

In 2024 the fleet raised $2000 for the orphanage in Rocky Point, Esperanza Para Los Ninos.  This year we are hoping to beat our total!
